Pune: 7 persons including six students held for murder

Vishrantwadi, Pune, January 22, 2020 : A gang of people allegedly killed a youth after he allegedly abused them under influence of alcohol. The incident took place at Tuesday midnight in Dhanori area.

The deceased has been identified as Sagar Mahadev Bhalerao (24) of Munjabavasti in Dhanori. Vishrantwadi Police Station, Pune city police, officials have nabbed seven persons including six students.
According to the police, after dinner Bhalerao and his friends were walking through Munjabavasti. At that moment a biker on Bullet went in front of them. Sagar thought he was his friend so he called the rider. There was argument between them following which accused assaulted Sagar and his friends. His family members rushed him to hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival.

Speaking to Punekarnews.in, DCP (Zone 4) Pankaj Deshmukh said, We have nabbed seven persons including juveniles.”
