Pune: Actor Ravindra Mahajani Found Dead In House
Maval 15th July 2023: Marathi Actor Ravindra Mahajani who played roles in many famous movies was found dead inside a house at Ambi village in Maval. He had been staying here for the last around 7 to 8 months alone, said police.
The 77-year-old actor suspected to have died about two to three days ago but since he was staying alone and the door was locked from inside nobody noticed. However, the neighbours called police smell started coming out from the dead body. His son who lives in Mumbai has been informed about the incident and the body will be sent to postmortem after his arrival.
Police suspect it to be a natural death however more details will be revealed after the postmortem.
Mahajani played lead roles in many Marathi movies. His famous song ‘Khel Kunala Daivacha Kalala’ became very popular. Besides, he also played roles in movies like Devta, Mumbaicha Faujdar, Jhunj, Laxmi, Haldi Kunku etc.
