Pune: Additional Police Commissioner’s Account Hacked, Appeals Not To Respond To Messages
Pune 8th August 2023: The common citizens falling victim to the cyber crime has been on rise over the last few years. However, the cyber criminals have now also targeted the senior police officer’s account who appealed to the people to not reply to any message sent from his account.
According to reports, the social media account of Additional Commissioner of Police (Crime) of Pune city Ramnath Pokale was hacked today morning following which he has appealed to the citizens not to respond to any message or communication from his account. It is also noticed that the hacker has sent friend requests to some people using his name.
