Pune: Bangladeshi Citizen Caught Staying Illegally In Pimpri, FIR Registered
Pimpri Chinchwad, 11th February 2024: Pimpri Police has taken action against a Bangladeshi citizen residing illegally in the Annasaheb Magar slum area of Pimpri.
Based on a complaint from Police Constable Dattatray Bhaguji Nikam, an FIR has been registered against Mohammad Sakayat Mulla, aged 45, from Bangladesh, at the Pimpri Police Station.
The police have stated that the case was registered against the accused as he was found residing in India without disclosing his Bangladeshi citizenship and contravening the ban on entry and stay in India for Bangladeshi nationals.
