Pimpri, March 2, 2021: A Pimpri Chinchwad based fitness trainer, Sumeet Yadav, who is also a certified cross-fit trainer, has been training the IT Industry employees and people from other industries free of cost on weekends in order to make the community fit and strong at a time where the COVID outbreak has largely affected the lives of the people. The working class has suffered the most as after lockdown the state of the employees who have to work in front of screens for 8 – 9 hours straight is dicey, suggests Sumeet Yadav.
“To be honest, when I saw my clients, who are from IT and other backgrounds, struggle due to their hectic and rotational schedule, I decided to start a movement #Weekendfitness under which I wanted the people to come out of their bed and start working out at least for an hour. I have been giving cross-fit training to people on weekends free of cost because as a fitness enthusiast, I should be helpful to society as our society is financially weak, today,” said Sumeet Yadav.
He has, so far, trained more than 30 people even before the COVID outbreak, under his initiative, and vows to change the mindset of people regarding their health. In his social work, he dedicatedly trains people in cross-fit style on mountains and other nature outskirts. “We all want to train luxuriously, but if we ever try to climb the mountains and such peaks, we automatically flex the body beyond our capacity; thus, we break the chain of our mindset that forces us to stay indoors.”
Sumeet Yadav has requested people to join him in his initiative which will be carried out free of cost for a lifetime on weekends. In order to start training with him, reach out to Sumeet Yadav – +919766555202.
