Pune: Car Gets Stuck on Newly Laid Concrete Road in Pashan-Sutarwadi, Raising Questions Over Road Work
Pashan, 25th August 2026: A car got stuck on a newly concretised road in the Pashan-Sutarwadi area of Pune, raising concerns among local residents over the quality of road construction and safety arrangements at the work site.
The incident occurred on a recently concretised stretch of road, where the vehicle became trapped in a damaged portion of the surface. Local residents and motorists reportedly intervened and helped remove the car.
The incident has raised questions about the condition of newly constructed roads and the quality of civic infrastructure work in the city. Residents questioned how a vehicle could get stuck on a road that had recently undergone concrete work.
Citizens also raised concerns about safety measures around the construction site.
