Pune: Case Registered Against Six People For Land Grabbing
Pune, 9th February 2023: A case has been registered against six persons who created a bogus person using an Aadhaar card and PAN card after consolidating two acres of land in Kolewadi.
A case has been registered against Nitin Jachak, Prashant Gawde, Pankaj Bhumkar, Santosh Shetty, Shailesh Lande, Vishal Kamble and one other. Yabat Attar Ghulam Hussain (75), a resident of Central Park Society, Wellesley Road, Pune, has filed a complaint.
The complainant purchased this land in 1986. The land grab took place on June 17, 2022. His fake passport photo was taken at the Sub-registrar’s office near the collector office.
