Pune City : 160 New Covid Cases , 338 Discharged Today
Pune, November 9, 2020: In the last 24 hours, a total of 338 people were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. Also, 160 new patients were detected while 10 people died today. Today swab samples of 1192 were collected for COVID tests.
According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients till date has reached 163,436 out of which 154,128 have been cured while 4348 have died. There are still 4958 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals. They include 387 critical patients out of which 255 are on ventilator support.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 8553657 across the country. Out of this, 79,17,373 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 126,611 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 509,673 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
