Pune City : 279 New Covid Cases , 360 Discharged Today
Pune, November 12, 2020: In the last 24 hours, a total of 360 people were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. Also, 279 new patients were detected while 08 people died today. Today swab samples of 2549 were collected for COVID tests.
According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients till date has reached 164,115 out of which 155,225 have been cured while 4368 have died. There are still 4522 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals. They include 356 critical patients out of which 234 are on ventilator support.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 86,83,916 across the country. Out of this, 80,66,501 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 128,121 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 489,294 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
