Pune City : 317 New Covid Cases , 254 Discharged Today
Pune, December 12, 2020: In the last 24 hours, a total of 254 people were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. Also, 317 new patients were detected while 6 people died today. Today swab samples of 3771 were collected for COVID tests.
According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients till date has reached 173,719 out of which 164,033 have been cured while 4536 have died. There are still 5150 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals. They include 383 critical patients out of which 228 are on ventilator support.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 9826775 across the country. Out of this, 9324328 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 142628 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 359819 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
