Pune: Clash Over Customers Between Workers Of Two Shops On FC Road, Case Registered Against Nine

Shivajinagar, 22nd February 2023: A scuffle broke out over customers between workers of two shops on Fergusson College Road in Shivajinagar, Pune. After the scuffle, the police rushed to the spot and detained the workers. Deccan police arrested four people in this case.

Mahesh Maruti Nayak (24), a resident of Warje, Suraj Srikant Kalgude (21), a resident of Janwadi, Amit Nilesh Deshpande (26), a resident of Narayan Peth, Vishal Naresh Urkide (21), a resident of Taljai Vasahat, Padmavati are the names of those arrested. A case has been registered against nine people in this regard. Police Naik Tushar Alhat has filed a complaint at Deccan Police Station in this regard.

Hawkers do business in small alleys on FC Road. There are shops selling clothes and footwear in this area. There was a dispute between the workers of this shop over the customers. They were given an understanding by the police.

Then around 12.30 pm, there was a dispute between the workers over taking customers to the shop as a result clashes broke out among the workers. At that time police personnel Tushar Alhat, and Vishal Sadekar were patrolling and saw the fighting that was going on. Alhat and Sadekar then caught the workers who were fighting. The workers who were with them dispersed.
