Pune: Class XI CAP Round 1 Allotment List to Be Released on June 26

Pune, 25th June 2025: The first regular allotment list for Class XI admissions under the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) will be announced on Thursday, June 26, the Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Department has confirmed. The list will display the names of students allotted to various colleges along with the cut-off marks for each college in this round.
This marks the beginning of the 2025–26 academic year’s centralized online admission system for Class XI (FYJC) across Maharashtra, covering 9,435 junior colleges and 21.23 lakh seats statewide.

Key Highlights of the Admission Drive

According to the department, a total of 12,71,210 students have registered so far for the ongoing admission process. Of the available seats:

16,60,084 are under the CAP system
4,63,636 are reserved under the management quota
Students will be able to access the college allotment list, their personal login details, and the cut-off scores for various colleges via the official admission portal by 5 PM on June 26. Additionally, students will also receive SMS notifications with their allotment status.

What Happens After the List Is Out?
From June 27 to July 3, students must:
Visit the colleges they’ve been allotted
Confirm their admission in person
Submit all required documents for verification

Colleges are responsible for verifying the application details and confirming the admission on the official portal. During the same period, students who wish to cancel their admission, new students, or those who missed the previous deadline can register and complete Part 1 of the admission form.

Upcoming Schedule
July 3: Final deadline for colleges to update admitted student information on the portal.
July 4: Display of vacant seats and opening of CAP options for the second round. This will include:

Online registration of preferences
Locking Part 2 of the application
Editing Part 1 for already registered students

What Students Should Keep in Mind
Officials have advised students to keep checking the official admission portal, SMS notifications, and college logins for updates. Admission confirmations must be done within the scheduled window to avoid cancellation or loss of the allotted seat.
