Pune District: Cricketer Dies While Playing Cricket

Junnar, February 18, 2021: Babu Nalawade, a youth died while playing the cricket on the ground near Bori Budruk in Pune district’s Junnar taluka. He suffered a major cardiac arrest.

He was playing at cricket match organized at Jadhavwadi between Ozar and Jambut teams. He was playing from Ozar team. He collapsed on the ground following which his teammates rushed him to a hospital at Narayangaon. But before they could reach the hospital, he was dead.

The news of his demise has come as a major blow for the cricket world. The video of the incident has gone viral on social media.
