Pune Draft Voter List 2026: How to Check Your Name in Revised Electoral Roll

Pune, 1st September 2026: The Pune district administration has published the draft electoral rolls for all 21 Assembly constituencies as part of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls. More than 62 lakh voters have been included in the draft rolls.

With the revised electoral rolls now available online, voters in Pune can check whether their names have been included and verify their details.
Here is a step-by-step guide to checking your name in the 2026 SIR draft electoral roll.

Step 1: Visit the Election Commission website
Voters can access the electoral rolls through the Election Commission of India’s ECINET and Voter Service Portal (https://voters.eci.gov.in/download-eroll).

The electoral roll download page is available at the Election Commission’s Voter Service Portal.

Step 2: Select Maharashtra and Pune details
After opening the electoral roll download page, select Maharashtra as the state.

You will then be directed to another page where you need to select the following details:
Year of Revision: 2026
Roll Type: SIR Draft Roll
District: Pune
Assembly Constituency: Select your constituency from the drop-down menu
Language: English or Marathi
Enter the captcha displayed on the screen.
Step 3: Select your polling part
After entering the required details, select the checkbox corresponding to your part number and part name.

The part number and part name are the same as those associated with your electoral details during the previous election and the details mentioned while submitting the SIR enumeration form.

Click on “Download Selected PDF” to download the relevant electoral roll.

Open the PDF and search for your name.

Voters should note that their serial number may have changed in the revised electoral roll, so they should not rely only on their previous serial number while checking the new list.

What if your name is missing?
If your name is not included in the draft electoral roll, you can apply for fresh voter registration using Form 6.

The Election Commission has allowed voters to submit claims and objections from August 31 to September 30, 2026.

Voters whose names are missing should submit their applications within this period.

What if there is an error in your details?
If your name appears in the draft electoral roll but there is an error in your personal or electoral details, you can apply for correction using Form 8.

Form 8 can also be used for relevant changes related to the Elector Photo Identity Card (EPIC).

How to object to a name in the voter list?
If a voter believes that a name has been wrongly included in the electoral roll, an objection can be filed using Form 7.

What happens in case of a discrepancy or ‘No Linkage’?
Voters whose details show discrepancies or whose records have not been linked to the 2002 electoral roll may be called for a hearing by the concerned election authorities.

During the hearing, the authorities will examine the relevant records and decide whether the voter’s name should be retained in the final electoral roll.
