Pune: Firing On Sand Supplier, Police Reach The Spot
Pune, October 12, 2020: A few days after a builder was shot dead near Collector office, today there was firing on a sand supplier in Tarwade vasti near Mohammadwadi. After getting the information cops have reached the spot. Meanwhile, the shooters have fled, police said.
Mayur Hande (32), the sand supplier from Wanowrie, has sustained minor injuries. The incident took place around 12.45 pm at Shri Ram chowk near Tarwade vasti ground while he was going on Handewadi road. He has been admitted to a private hospital. Police said that the bullet touched his face.
The officials from the local police station and Crime Branch have begun the investigation. They are checking footages of the CCTVs in the area to identify the shooters.
