Pune: Gang-Wielding Sticks and Koyta Vandalizes a Medical Shop in Bhosari Area
Bhosari, 17th April 2024: A gang wielding sticks and Koyta created chaos in the Mahatma Phule Nagar area of Bhosari on Monday (15th April), vandalizing cars and shops and assaulting a medical driver. The incident was reported by Dhiraj Rajeev Kande, 29, from Pimpri, who filed a complaint at the MIDC Bhosari police station.
As a result of the complaint, police arrested Chetan Mahendra Manohar, Muaj Feroze Mujawar, Javed Ibrahim Javale, and Ajay Nagesh Kamble, all aged 19 and from Bhosari.
According to the police report, while Kande was working at his medical shop, the accused arrived and shattered the window of a car parked in front of the shop, causing damage to the vehicle. They also threatened Kande with a Koyta and struck him with a stick. Additionally, the group broke the medical counter’s glass and took 1,500 rupees from the register.
MIDC Bhosari police have arrested the suspects and are continuing their investigation into the incident.
