Pune : Gold Chain Worth Rs 1 Lakh Stolen From Hospital During X-Ray, Alleges Patient’s Relative
Pune 8th August 2023: In a shocking incident reported in Kalewadi Phata area of Pimpri Chinchwad, a patient’s relative has alleged that a gold chain worth Rs 1 Lakh was stolen from a hospital while performing X-Ray. The complainant has accused housekeeping woman working at a hospital for the theft.
According to the complaint, the complainant had gone for a treatment for his female relative on July 30. The woman was asked to perform X-Ray and when she returned home she found her gold chain missing.
A case in this regards has been registered at Wakad police station against a female housekeeping staff of a hospital under section 381 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Further investigation in the matter is underway.
