Pune: Grandfather And Grandson Die In Accident While Returning From School
Purandar, 5th January 2023: Two motorcycles collided head-on at Pune Pandharpur road in Purandar taluka. A 63-year-old man and his grandson died on the spot. The youth on another two-wheeler has been seriously injured.
This incident happened on Wednesday evening. The names of the deceased are Gokul Dhondiba Zende (63) and Padmanabh Zende (four).
Gokul Zende was taking his grandson home from school in the evening. While crossing the road, a two-wheeler coming from behind hit the grandfather’s bike. The grandfather and grandson were seriously injured in the collision, the grandson died on the spot while the grandfather died on the way to the hospital.
