Pune, 18th February 2023: The National Restaurant Association of India’s Pune Chapter will be hosting an insightful session with Ms. Gauri Devidayal (Co- Founder- Food Matters Group and Co-Author – Diamonds for Breakfast) on Tuesday, 28th February 2023. The DotPe-powered event titled “Insight into The World of Fine Dining” will take place at One Lounge, Koregaon Park, 7 PM Onwards.

The NRAI Pune Chapter is back this year yet again with a prominent entrepreneur, who has established this culinary playground for intimate dinners, cooking workshops and more housed in a restored heritage structure, in Byculla – a space that has already created an unparalleled buzz within the food community.

Gauri Devidayal is a law graduate and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales. She left her career as a tax consultant to support her husband in creating “The Table”, a highly acclaimed restaurant in Mumbai. Gauri took on a WSET course and became involved in the restaurant’s farm-to-table initiative by setting up “The Table Farm”. She co-founded Magazine Street Kitchen, a culinary playground and bakery, which has generated buzz in the food community. Gauri is a full-time restaurateur and mother to her 4-year-old daughter, and was recently listed in GQ’s list of the 50 Most Influential Young Indians.

The NRAI Pune Chapter is dedicated to creating a unique community in the city by expanding membership and giving guests exceptionally singular learning & networking experiences. Their Board includes prominent Restaurateurs from Pune including Praful Chandawarkar (Malaka Spice), Kevin Tellis (Toit), Siddharth Mahadik (Le Plaisir), Kunal Mhaske (Penthouze), and Nicky Ramnani (The Daily All Day).

Ms. Gauri will be sharing her life journey with us along with some insights from her experiences in the business world. She will talk about her journey from starting from a tax consultant in one of the world’s leading firms to co-founding Magazine Street Kitchen and being listed in GQ’s list of the 50 Most Influential Young Indians. The insights she has to offer from her celebrated career are sure to be a valuable addition to the members’ existing knowledge.

The session will be followed by dinner, drinks, and music, leaving guests the chance to network, munch, and have a good time!
