Kharadi, 30th January 2025: A dedicated team of Deputy Superintendents of Land Records has been assigned to investigate the ownership of properties in Kharadi, with the process set to begin in the first week of February. Following the investigation, property cards with proof of ownership will be issued for approximately 12,000 properties in the area.

The survey, measurement, and mapping of 700 hectares of land in Kharadi have been completed using advanced technologies such as ETS machines, rover devices, and drones. Once the maps are received from the PMC, the next phase of the process will begin. A team of 60 Deputy Superintendents from the Land Records Department will be appointed to inspect and verify ownership rights. The investigation will take place between 7th and 8th February, and property owners will be notified in advance.
