Pune: Junior Premier League on 17th and 18th February at Balewadi.
Pune, 15th February 2024: Tots Magazine has organised a Junior Premier League for boys and girls between the ages of 4 and 14 at Balewadi between February 17 and 18. In this league 500 boys and girls have registered. Loveleen Alimchandani, the founder of Tots Magazine, gave this information in a press conference. This league is long-term and will continue from February to May. In this four-phase league, first phase i.e. swimming and cycling on February 17 & 18, second phase running, third phase tennis and football and fourth phase chess and karate competitions. On February 17, the swimming competition will be held in 50m (up to 10 years) and 100m (11 to 14 years) in backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly and freestyle category while on February 18, the 5 km cycling event will be held.
Medals, trophies and cash prizes of 10,000 will be presented to the winners by dignitaries. To participate in the league, the name can be registered on the website Townscript till February 15. Tots, a children’s magazine, runs various activities. Loveleen said that competitions and entertainment programs are organised to keep children away from the internet and mobile phones. In these activities, parents also take out some time and join their children in the activities.
