Pune-Kolkata Flight Delayed By Over Five Hours, Passengers Stranded At Airport

Pune 1st October 2023: Over 100 passengers remained stranded at the Pune Airport for over five hours after Pune-Kolkata flight of Air Asia was delayed on Friday. The flight that was supposed to take off at 4:35 pm departed at 9 pm and landed at the Kolkata Airport via Bhubaneshwar at around 1:30 pm.

Many passengers missed important meetings while some of them who had to take further journey missed their schedule. The passengers also claimed that they were informed about the delay by the airline and the staff present at the airport kept giving them assurances. The airline officials informed the passengers as operational reason for the delay.
