Khadakwasla, 9th June 2025: Land surveys in Haveli taluka, which were stalled due to a statewide employee strike, are set to resume shortly. Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Kiran Naik, confirmed that new survey dates will be allocated within the next 20 to 25 days following the strike’s end.

The strike, which began on May 15, had halted all land survey activities, impacting over 200 cases in Haveli alone. “All previously scheduled survey dates are now invalid. We are working on issuing fresh dates for all pending cases,” Naik said.

She also mentioned that several surveyors have been transferred outside the district, and their replacements have started duty. The rescheduling of surveys will be based on the current staff availability.

This development brings relief to numerous landowners and residents who had been waiting for their surveys. The Revenue Department will notify applicants about their new dates soon, aiming to restore smooth survey operations.
