Pune: Magarpatta City DC Re-opened for Essential Services after Patients Test Negative

Pune, April 24, 2020: Satish Magar, chairman and managing director of the Magarpatta City township, today informed that the Destination Centre, popularly called as DC which is a commercial complex where all shops, banks, restaurants etc are located, have been re-opened after the patients reports came negative.

 

“We had closed it as a precautionary measure. Now we are re-opening the DC and will take all safety measures as per the guidelines”, he said.

 

On Thursday, a person with high fever and some family members were rushed to the hospital. About 25,000 people are residing in Magarpatta City. Therefore, the DC was closed as a precautionary step.

 

Nilesh Magar, Ex Deputy Mayor Pune and Director Magarpatta City, sent a message to the residents, “Hello Magarpatta City Residents. We would like to inform you about the suspected corona cases found yesterday in Magarpatta city. Reports for all these suspects have come negative. Kindly follow the guidelines given to us by the state government and Pune municipal corporation. Magarpatta city management is taking all the necessary precautions to fight against Corona.”
