Pune: Man Gets 10 Years Of Rigorous Imprisonment For Sexually Abusing Minor Boy
Pune, 13th January 2023: A special court sentenced a man to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 15,000 for sexually abusing a minor. Special Judge SB Salunkhe gave orders in this regard.
The victim’s mother had filed a complaint in this regard. The victim is nine years old, and his father is a doctor. The accused was a worker in the father’s clinic. The victim’s son used to go to his father’s clinic. The accused became intimate with the child and subjected him to sexual abuse. He then threatened the victim with death if he told anyone about this.
Suspecting uneasiness, the mother started asking questions to the scared boy. Then he informed his mother that the worker of the clinic had abused him. After that, the child’s mother filed a complaint at the Chaturshringi police station.
The police investigated the case and filed a charge sheet against the accused. In this case, special public prosecutor Adv Arundhati Brahme argued the case.
The case was investigated by Assistant Police Inspector Anuradha Bhosale. In court proceedings, police officials Nilesh Pukale and KR Renuse helped.
