Pune: MHADA Lucky Draw Applications Open From Today Afternoon
Pune, 10th October 2024: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) Pune Division has announced the allotment of 6,294 flats in Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) areas, as well as in the Solapur, Kolhapur, and Sangli districts.
Citizens will be able to apply for the draw on the MHADA website starting from Thursday (10th October) afternoon.
The available flats include 2,340 under MHADA’s first-come, first-served scheme, 93 flats across various MHADA schemes, and 418 flats under the first-come, first-served scheme of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
The MHADA Pune Division also informed that 3,312 flats will be allotted under a 20% comprehensive housing scheme, and 131 flats under a 15% social housing scheme.
