Pune-Nashik Railway Passengers May Experience A Semi-High Speed Railway Travel

Pune, November 7, 2020: After several years of inactivity in the development of the Pune-Nashik railway project, now, this route will run a semi-high speed project. The authorities are expecting necessary approvals from the central and state government to establish the new semi-high speed project. The proposal will soon come before the state cabinet for approval. Pune-Nashik semi high-speed project will be completed, stated MP Amol Kolhe at Pune Shramik Patrakar Sangh on Friday.
He said that in order to remove the congestion on the Pune-Nashik highway, a side road will be constructed at Chandoli, Chakan, and Moshi. The Rajgurunagar Ghat bypass will start around Diwali. Conservation of forts can boost the tourism business in Maharashtra. It can create a large number of jobs. Under that, a preliminary presentation has been made recently for setting up a National Herbal Project at Bhimashankar. This ambitious project will be completed soon.
Also, Shiv Sanskar Srishti will be set up at Junnar through the Bhakti-Shakti project with a view to increasing tourism. In this context, discussions were held with tourism minister Aditya Thackeray recently. Thackeray has responded positively regarding the growth of tourism in the district, stated Kolhe.
