Pune, PCMC People Apply Online for travel if you are NOT in containment zone
Pune, May 2, 2020: Workers, students, pilgrims and others travelling from Pune district to other states or other districts of Maharashtra should apply online at covid19.mhpolice.in The decision will be taken on the application by the Nodal Officer/Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) of the Pune City Police and Pimpri-Chinchwad Police.
District Collector Ram said that the details of the people will be sent to the nodal officer/District Collector of the place, where the applicant wants to travel. After getting confirmation from the concerned district authority, permission will be given for travel provided the applicant does not have any flu-like symptom.
Labourers, students, pilgrims and other persons must take the certificate of any registered medical professional (doctor) stating that they don’t have symptoms of coronavirus COVID19 and upload it on the link. Citizens should contact on the given telephone or e-mail if they have any difficulty in filling the form on the link. If a group of people (more than 4) want to travel then, a group leader has to submit details to the local police. Then the group leader will have to apply online on the given link.
While filling the online form, you are required to upload your clear photo (file size up to 200 kb) and registered medical practitioner’s certificate of no flu-like illness with your address or Aadhaar card (file size up to 500 kb). As per the decision of the Government of Maharashtra, orders have been issued for the travel of migrant workers, pilgrims, tourists, students and other persons. According to the order, travel arrangements have been made for these persons and their planning has been done and nodal officers have been appointed for this purpose.
