Pune: PMC Begins On-Site COVID Vaccination, Housing Society May Also Be Allowed

Shivajinagar, 6th May 2021: In order to increase the Coronavirus disease (COVID19) vaccination, Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has started on-site (workplace) vaccination. On Wednesday, 300 employees of Times Group were given the vaccine doses.

According to PMC officials, many big companies have started applying for on-site COVID vaccination. In the coming days, large cooperative housing societies may also be allowed.

PMC Additional Commissioner Rubal Agarwal said that on-site vaccination has started in the city and the first program was organised for Times Group employees. As per vaccine availability, such drives will be undertaken in future also.
