Pune: PMC Demolishes Illegal Structures At Hotel Nisarg, Dehati And Others

Pune, 11th June 2024: The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) carried out demolitions of illegal structures in several hotels across the city today. The targeted establishments included Hotel Dehati on Prabhat Road, Hotel Nisarg in Erandawane, Hotel Ram Sadan on Prabhat Road, and Hotel Mirch Masala on Karve Road.

This action is part of PMC’s ongoing crackdown on unauthorized constructions. The demolition drive was conducted to enforce building regulations and ensure compliance with city planning norms. Authorities have stated that more such actions will follow to maintain the integrity of urban development standards in Pune.
