Pune: PMRDA to Conduct E-Auction for 46 Plots on 7th November
Pune, 18th October 2025: The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) will hold an e-auction for 46 plots under its jurisdiction, previously managed by the Pimpri-Chinchwad Navnagar Development Authority. The plots will be leased for a period of 80 years. Registration and tender documents can be downloaded from the official website from October 16 to October 30, 2025.
The auction includes 3 plots designated for educational purposes, 11 plots for commercial and public facilities, 1 plot for medical use, 1 plot for public facilities such as a library or music school, 1 plot for a facility center, and 29 plots for amenity spaces.
The announcement of technically qualified bidders will be made on November 6, 2025, and the e-auction process will commence on November 7 at 11 am via the official portal. PMRDA Metropolitan Commissioner Dr. Yogesh Mhase urged citizens to submit their online applications before the deadline to participate in the e-auction.
