Pune police registers FIR against DSK Developers

Pune –  A police case has been registered against the directors of the real estate company DSK Developers Pvt Ltd for allegedly not providing various amenities as promised and not executing conveyance deed.

 Retired deputy superintendent of police Hanmant K Jagdale, a resident of DSK Vishwa Varun Pawan co-operative housing society in Dhayari, lodged the FIR with Sinhagd road police station.

The case is filed against the company, its managing director Deepak Sakharam Kulkarni, and seven others including directors Hemanti Deepak Kulkarni, Meda Kasturi Ranga Panduranga Setty, Madhura Mandyam Chatrapathy, Vasant Chintaman Joshi, Kamalkishore Shrigopal Taparia, Shirish Deepak Kulkarni and Ramakant Dattatray Kharosekar.

According to the FIR, Jagdale is the third buyer of a flat in the society. The builder has allegedly  not provided various amenities as promised. Also the conveyance deed has not been transferred to the housing society.

DSK Developers authorities denied the allegations made in the FIR saying it was filed to harass them.
