Pune police returns stolen ornaments worth Rs 47.14 lakhs

Pune : Pune police commissioner Rashmi Shukla on Monday returned stolen gold, diamond and silver ornaments to the tune of Rs 47.14 lakhs to 74 persons who had lost them.

The ornaments were distributed at a program held at the police headquarters in Shivajinagar in the presence of senior police officers.

Earlier cops had distributed stolen ornaments in May and August last year.
