“I had given up on education after losing my parents. Financial situation of our family is very poor. But as soon as my elder sister learnt about Vighnaharta Trust where underprivileged children like me are given educational sponsorship; we applied for it. I am really thankful to Pune police as it is beuase of them that I am yet studying and planning for higher education,” said Jadhav expressing his gratitude on the dais.

“After knowing about positive impact that the trust is responsible for in these children’s lives, we have begun working on planning of more effective policies and introducing newer projects to help more underprivileged children,” shared DCP (Zone I) Tushar Joshi, who is secretary of the trust while talking about future plans of the trust.
