Pune Railway Station Platform Ticket Price Increased To Rs 50 For Needy, Others Will Not Get It Till May 31
Pune, 30th April 2021: The platform tickets at Pune railway station will not be issued to ordinary people till May 31, 2021, in order to control unnecessary crowding, the Pune railway division stated in a press release.
“Platform tickets are being issued at an increased rate of Rs 50 for the purpose of helping the needy passengers like the elderly, differently-abled, patients, pregnant women, children alone”, it further stated.

Similarly, Kolhapur, Miraj, and Sangli stations are issuing platform tickets at an increased price of Rs 50 till May 31. Other stations will continue to sell platform tickets for an earlier price of Rs 10.
