Pune, 25th May 2024: In response to the recent decision by the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) to suspend the licenses of 20,000 agents, the Professional Realtors of Pune (PROP) have swiftly convened an urgent meeting of their Governing Body. The outcome: a proactive initiative to assist these affected agents in undergoing necessary training and examinations to qualify for reinstatement under MahaRERA regulations.

PROP, which is affiliated with the National Association of Realtors-India (NAR-India), a recognized institute for imparting RERA training, is poised to provide support to the impacted agents.

Darshan Chawla, president of PROP, emphasized the gravity of the situation, stating, “This is a matter of livelihood for many agents, and we urge all affected individuals to avail themselves of the training facilitated by NAR India.”

Kirti Bhosale, Secretary of PROP, echoed this sentiment, affirming the association’s readiness to assist agents in addressing any deficiencies and aligning with MahaRERA guidelines.

Agents seeking assistance and enrollment in the training program can reach out to the PROP helpline at 82620 81379.
