Pune: Resident Brutally Beaten For Not Paying Maintenance Of Society, Case Registered Against Three

Mundhwa, 23rd January 2023: An incident occurred in the Mundhwa area where a resident was brutally beaten for not paying the maintenance fee of the society. In this regard, a case has been registered against three people, including the builder.

The injured resident has been identified as Deepak Sahebrao Phadtare (40) of Shrikrupa Society, Keshavnagar, Mundhwa. In this regard, a case has been registered against three people, including builder Tushar Shah, a resident of Kharadi. Phadtare has filed a complaint in this regard at Mundhwa Police Station.

Phadtare had not paid for the maintenance of society. For this reason, Shah abused Phadtare. Phadtare was beaten with a baton by Shah and two people who were with him. Phatare’s hand was fractured in the beating.

Assistant Police Inspector Sutar is investigating the case further.
