Pune Resident Files FIR After Bike Gets Stolen From Phoenix Mall
Viman Nagar, 3rd September 2023: A 27-year-old resident of Dhanori Road, Pune, has filed a First Information Report (FIR) with the Vimantal police station, reporting the theft of her two-wheeler (Activa) from the parking area of Phoenix Mall.
According to her statement in the FIR, on August 31, 2023, at 01:35 PM, she visited Phoenix Mall on her bike to watch a film. Upon arriving at the mall, she parked and secured her motorcycle near column 13 in the P2 parking area before heading to the cinema to watch the movie.
However, when she returned to the parking area after the film, she was shocked to discover that her motorcycle was missing. Despite thoroughly searching the entire Phoenix Mall parking lot, she could not locate the stolen motorcycle.
Pune police have acknowledged the complaint and initiated an investigation into the matter. They are reviewing CCTV footage from the mall’s parking area and gathering evidence to identify the culprit responsible for the theft.
