Pune: RTO Establishes Camera Face Identification To Reduce Malpractice During Learning Licence Test

Pune, 27th December 2022: The Pune Regional Transport Office (RTO) has established a system of camera face identification and verification with the applicants’ linked Aadhar card to stop the malpractice of dummy candidates or driving licence agents giving the learning licence exam instead of the actual candidates. To avoid having their application dismissed, applicants must take the learning licence exam themselves.
To take the learning licence exam, candidates must first fill out an online application form on the www.parivahan.gov.in website. Then, they must upload the required paperwork to the website, such as a birth certificate, an identity card, or a proof of address. The costs for the learning licence exam can be paid online. Candidates must appear for the exam during their scheduled session, or they can even do it from home while taking the exam online.
The learning licence exam can be taken online at home or in person at the Pune RTO’s learning licence department, according to information provided by the RTO. Candidates must take a test at the department by responding to several questions. If they successfully answer the questions correctly, they will be given the licence.
