Pune Rural SP Abhinav Deshmukh Transferred, Ankit Goyal Is New SP Now

Pune, 20th October 2022: Maharashtra state government today transferred Superintendent of Police (Pune rural) Dr Abhinav Deshmukh. Ankit Goyal has been appointed as SP (Pune Rural).

Goyal was the Superintendent of Police of Gadchiroli district. Meanwhile,

Dr Abhinav Deshmukh’s transfer will be ordered separately.

Goyal came into the limelight due to the various activities he implemented in the rural areas of Gadchiroli. He has now been appointed as Pune Rural Superintendent of Police. The upcoming elections of Zilla Parishad will be a challenge for him to maintain law and order in the district.
