Pune Skaters Win Medals At 59th National Roller Skating National Championship

Pune, 11th January 2021: The 59th National Roller Skating Championship  2021 was held in Mohali (Punjab) from 11th to 22nd December 2021. Teams from all over India participated in this championship a total of 21 states participated.

Arhant Joshi received one Silver and one Gold in the Senior Boys Category with the Best timing of the tournament of 4.44 secs in the Speed Slalom event. Jinesh Nanal received 1 Gold in the Senior Boys category with the highest points of the tournament of 95.66 in the Classic Slalom event.

Shreyasi Joshi bagged 2 Gold Medals both in Speed & Classic Slalom in the Senior Girls Category and the highest points in Girls of the tournament of 83.33 in the Classic Slalom event. Swarali Joshi bagged 1 Silver Medal in the 11-14 Girls in the Classic Slalom Event. Devansh Navlakha received 1 Silver in the 9-11 Boys in the Classic Slalom event.

All the skaters are training at Maharashtra Mandal in Pune under the guidance of Coach Ashutosh Jagtap.
