Pune : Tempo Carrying Construction Material Overturns In Dive Ghat, 10 Labourers Injured
Pune 17th Sept 2023: In a tragic incident reported near Dive Ghat earlier today, a tempo vehicle was overturned in which 10 labourers travelling in it were injured. The incident was reported at around 9 am and the fire brigade teams of the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) and Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) were immediately rushed to the spot.
According to the fire brigade officials who were present at the spot, the tempo was carrying slab construction material from Saswad side towards Hadapsar when the accident was reported. The local citizens present nearby rushed to the accident site and the injured labourers were taken to a hospital in Saswad before the fire brigade team reached the spot.
Around 10 people including construction labourers and a driver of the vehicle have been injured in the accident. More details about the condition of the injured members was awaited.
