Pune: Thieves Stole Goods Nearly Worth Rs 25 Lakh When Family Went To Church To Pray
Mohammadwadi, 26th December 2022: Thieves robbed the home of a family who went to church for Saturday night prayers ahead of the Christmas festivities.
The thieves reportedly stole goods worth Rs 24.77 lakh by bending the window frames. The said incident took place at Nyati Victoria in Mohammadwadi. Kondhwa police have registered a case in this matter.
A 47-year-old woman has filed a complaint in this matter. The woman went to the church to pray with her family. At that time, thieves climbed to the first floor and made a crooked entry by cutting two pillars of the bedroom window. Thieves ran away with Rs 12,000 in cash and diamond jewellery, a total of Rs 24.77 lakh from the iron safe.
