Pune: Thousands Of People Gather At Vijaystambh To Celebrate 205th Anniversary Of Battle Of Koregaon Bhima

Perne (Haveli taluka), 1st January 2023: Thousands of followers from all over Maharashtra have arrived at Perne Phata to mark the 205th anniversary of the Battle of Koregaon Bhima this year after the two-year ban due to Covid.

During this ceremony, early in the morning today, the Indian Buddhist Mahasabha Community Buddha Vandana was performed, and greetings were given to dignitaries. After that, a salutation and felicitation program was held by Samata Sainik Dal and retired soldiers of the Mahar Battalion.
