Pune: Three People Steal Information From Their Own Company To Start New Business, Defraud Owner Of Rs 40 Lakhs
Kondhwa, 19th November 2022: A case has been registered at Kondhwa police station against three people who stole the information of the company and used that information to get customers for their new company. This happened between August 2021 and November 15, 2022.
Amol Shivram Kachre (30), Mahesh Vilas Agre (26), and Namdev Anant Jagdale, all residents of Kondhwa, Pune have been arrested in the said case. Jaykumar Bandupant Belsare (34), a resident of Godrej Prana, Undri Chowk, Pune has filed a complaint in this matter.
The police said that the suspected accused were working at Yash Earthing Solutions Company in Yevlewadi-Pisoli owned by the complainant Belsare. The data of the client purchased by the company was stolen and taken online on WhatsApp.
Later using that information for a company, the accused started their own company, got customers, and cheated of Rs 40 lakhs. Kondhwa police are conducting further investigation.
