Pune: Three Workers Killed And Two Injured In Accident On Kalyan-Ahmednagar Highway, Car Driver Booked
Pune : 25th Sept 2023: In a tragic accident reported near Dingore village on the Kalyan-Ahmednagar Highway on Sunday, three workers have lost their lives while two others were seriously injured. The accident was reported at around 8 pm on Sunday after the speeding car hit the workers.
According to police, the deceased and injured were returning home after completing their job when a speeding car hit them as the driver could not control the vehicle. Three people identified as Jagdish Mahendrasingh Davar, Surmal Manjare and Dinesh Tarole have died in the accident while Dinesh Jadhav and Vikram Tarole have sustained injuries and they are being treated at the hospital in Alephata. According to police the injured and deceased are residents of Madhya Pradesh and they had come to Pune for work.
Two of the people were reported dead on the spot while one succumbed on the way to hospital. The deceased were working as farm workers at a farm in the area and they were returning after doing their job at the time of the accident.
