Pune: Toy Studio In Wagholi Faces Late-Night Fire; PMRDA Fire Brigade Prevents Disaster
Wagholi, 23rd February 2024: A Toy Studio, situated along the Pune Nagar highway, experienced a fire incident at approximately 11 pm last Thursday, resulting in damage to its merchandise. Fortunately, the prompt response from PMRDA’s fire brigade successfully brought the situation under control, preventing any harm to nearby establishments.
At around 11 pm, reports indicate that smoke emerged from the shop, accompanied by a small fire. Quick-thinking citizens promptly notified the Wagholi PMRDA fire brigade about the situation.
The fire engine swiftly arrived at the scene, taking prompt action by applying water from the exterior. Subsequently, the shop shutters were opened, and the internal fire was successfully extinguished. Despite some damage to the toys within the shop, the quick response prevented the fire from spreading to neighbouring establishments.
