Pune: Traffic Diversion On Karve Road Due To PM Narendra Modi Visit On Sunday, Check Alternative Routes
Pune, 5th March 2022: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Pune on Sunday (March 6) to inaugurate Pune Metro.
The main function will be held from Garware College Metro Station to Anandnagar Metro Station (Kothrud).
Pune Police traffic branch has issued an advisory regarding traffic diversion on Karve Road from 10 am to 2 pm on Sunday.
No vehicle will be allowed on Karve Road from Khanduji Baba Chowk (Deccan) to Shivtirthnagar (Kothrud)
Alternative route: For going towards Kothrud, people can use Alka Talkies Chowk – Lal Bahadur Shastri Road – Senadutt Chowk or Dandekar Bridge to reach DP Road – Gulwani Maharaj Road – Karishma Society on Karve Road
No vehicle will be allowed from Shivtirthnagar to Khanduji Baba Chowk
Alternative route: Shivtirthnagar – Mayur Colony – Hutatma Chowk – Nimbalkar Baug – DP Road/Gulwani Maharaj Road – Riverside Road to Deccan or Senadutt Chowk to reach Lal Bahadur Shastri Road
