Pune: Two-Wheeler Driver Dies On The Spot In Accident With Dog; Dog Also Dies In Accident
Pune, 27th January 2023: A young man died on the spot in an accident when a dog suddenly crossed the road while riding a bike. The incident took place on the bridge in front of Wadia College. The dog also died in this accident.
The deceased youth has been identified as Piyush Kirit Mandalia (28), a resident of Devikesh Apartment, Rasta Peth. Police official Vitthal Veer has filed a complaint in this matter. Koregaon Park Police has registered a case against the dead youth for alleged negligent driving.
According to the information given by the police, Mandalia was working as a DJ in the hotel. On January 23, around 7 am, he was riding a bike from Wadia College towards the Council Hall. At that time, suddenly a dog came in front of his vehicle. Due to this, Piyush fell off the bike and got a serious injury to his head. He died on the spot due to profuse bleeding. The dog was also seriously injured in the accident and died on the spot.
