Pune: Winning start for PYC at 5th edition of “Doshi Engineers Trophy” inter club Senior Cricket Tournament
Pune, 9th January 2025: Hosts PYC Gymkhana registered a 84 run win over Parsi Gymkhana in the opening match of the 5th edition of “Doshi Engineers Trophy” Inter club Senior Cricket Tournament organized by the Path-Way Foundation and played at PYC Hindu Gymkhana ground.
An Opening partnership between Nikhil Lunawat(81runs) and Amey Bhave(71runs) of 150runs in 153 balls and 3rd wicket partnership between Swapnil Fulpagar(74runs) and Aditya Londhe(55runs) of 50runs in 43 balls helped PYC Gymkhana put on 312 runs for loss of 6 wickets batting first In reply they bowled out Parsi Gymkhana for 228 runs
The tournament was inaugurated by Mr.Amit Doshi, Director of Doshi Engineers and Mr.Ashutosh Deshpande . Mr.Abhijit Jadhav, President of Path-Way Foundation and Mr.Sidharth Nivsarkar, Secretary of Path-Way Foundation, Mr.Avinash Ranade, Cricket Secretary of PYC, Mr.Vinayak Dravid of PYC, Mr.Niranjan Godbole, Mr.Kunal Marathe Mr.and Mr. Parag Shahane Were present on the occasion.
